We source authentic inventory from verified brand distributors, wholesale suppliers, and licensed merchants. Zopxy acts as a retail distributor and does not manufacture consumer hardware or apparel directly.
- All original trademarks, packaging artwork, chemical contents, and factory warranties remain the intellectual and legal property of their respective manufacturers.
- Inherent factory manufacturing flaws or packaging variations are subject to manufacturer warranty standards and Zopxy’s verified return protocol.
- Our operational commitment focuses on product authenticity, stringent inventory inspection, secure parcel handling, and verified courier dispatch.
3. Pricing, Promotional Discounts & Spin Wheel Integrity
Product prices, dynamic promotional discounts, and inventory availability are managed centrally and updated in real time. We implement strict server-side zero-trust calculations to prevent client-side price tampering during checkout:
- Dynamic Flash Sales: Items included in promotional campaigns are available at discounted rates for limited durations or until allocated promotional stocks are exhausted.

5. Limitation of Legal Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law, Zopxy, its directors, enterprise operators, and technical developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product handling, perishable product storage negligence, or delivery delays resulting from third-party logistics strikes or force majeure events. In all circumstances, Zopxy’s maximum aggregate financial liability is strictly capped at the net invoice amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction in dispute.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The Zopxy website layout, proprietary UI styling, custom database structures, visual iconography, and software codebases are the exclusive intellectual property of Zopxy. Third-party brand logos, manufacturer badges, and product titles featured on https://zopxy.com are the property of their respective owners and are displayed exclusively for catalog identification and retail sales.
7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all related e-commerce sales agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of platform transactions shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
